“Learn and Earn. Artsakh” Program

The Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) is the world’s largest non-profit pan-Armenian organization, which preserves and develops Armenian identity and heritage through its educational, cultural, humanitarian, and socio-economic development programs.

The AGBU “Learn and Earn: Artsakh” program regularly organizes free training courses on various topics for our compatriots displaced from Artsakh.

Within the framework of this program, the RA SRC Training Center has also become a partner institution, organizing courses in areas such as “Accounting,” “Marketing,” “Human Resource Management,” and more.

The training is designed to support retraining, upskilling, or acquiring a new profession in a short period, developing skills required for competitiveness in the labor market, and gaining competencies that help individuals find employment more quickly.

The selection of trainers and the course structure of the courses have been designed to ensure alignment with market demands and participants’ needs, as well as to achieve the shared goals of partner organizations.

The "Humanitarian Aid and Integration of Refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh" project ("Learn and Earn: Artsakh") is implemented by AGBU Armenia funded by the HEKS/EPER organization, in cooperation with the "Shen" NGO and the "Syunik-Development" Community NGO.
