Participants completed vocational training in sales, accounting, and customer service, received certificates, and gained practical skills to support their employment opportunities. The program’s second phase has already begun.

The program was delivered separately for inspection and managerial staff to strengthen inclusive leadership and promote safe and respectful working environments.
