Marine Abgaryan is a Chief Tax Inspector in Division No. 1 of the Tax and Mandatory Payments Methodology Department within the Administration Methodology and Procedures Department of the State Revenue Committee, RA. She has been working within the SRC system since 2017 and has professional experience in tax administration.

Her areas of specialization include tax and mandatory payment methodology, tax policy, and tax administration. As part of her professional activities, she participates in the work of expert groups operating under the Advisory Committee on Tax Policy and Administration of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), including groups addressing the taxation of e-commerce.

Marine earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics from the Faculty of Management at the Armenian State University of Economics, receiving honors diplomas for both degrees. She continues to develop her professional expertise through specialized training programs and educational initiatives.

In 2023, she completed the “Train the Trainer” program organized by the SRC Training Center. She subsequently participated in the “General and Practical Russian for Tax Officials” course and the “Web 3 and Cryptocurrencies” educational program.

In 2026, Marine participated in the workshop “Tobacco Taxation in Central and Eastern Europe: Achievements and Challenges,” held in Warsaw, Poland, further expanding her knowledge of current issues in tax policy.

Her key areas of professional expertise include tax administration, tax and mandatory payment methodology, tax policy, and e-commerce taxation.
