Training course on “How and Where to Apply Marketing Tools”

How can an individual uncover their potential, how can they present their strengths effectively, and similarly, how can an employee contribute to the growth and success of a company? The answer lies in having a skill set that must be regularly updated and expanded — a process that requires continuous learning and is one of the imperatives of the modern world.

Within the framework of the AGBU “Learn and Earn: Artsakh” program, implemented by the partner RA SRC Training Center, a two-month training course on “How and Where to Apply Marketing Tools” was conducted. The training was led by marketing specialist of the SRC Training Center Ani Jababgyan, and employees of “TCF Armenia”: Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing Department Albert Arshakyan, Head of the Advertising Team Norayr Zakaryan, Head of the Copywriting Team Anna Voskanyan, Head of Visual Content Department Aret Poztash, Project Manager Mushegh Hakobyan, and founder of “LinkedIn Armenia” Mariam Sargsyan.

The aim of the course was to introduce participants to the marketing tools and various practical approaches in marketing activities, enabling them to confidently determine when, how, and for which functions each tool should be applied.

The saying “Marketing is everything, and everything is marketing” remains relevant and underscores the importance of marketing for several reasons:

  • Awareness: helps create knowledge about a product, service, or activity. Without marketing, potential customers would never know about the existence of the product/service.
  • Relationships: effective marketing builds relationships with customers, fostering loyalty.
  • Differentiation: allows companies to stand out from competitors by highlighting unique features and benefits of their offerings.
  • Information: marketing provides valuable insights into customer preferences and behavior, allowing companies to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Sales Growth: appropriate marketing strategies drive sales and revenue.
  • Brand Reputation: consistent marketing establishes and maintains a positive brand reputation, influencing customer trust.
  • Trends: informs companies about market trends and movements, enabling them to adapt and innovate.
  • Engagement: marketing engages customers in multiple ways, creating opportunities for interaction and feedback.
  • Etc.

Essentially, marketing serves as a bridge between a company and its customers, allowing organizations to meet audience needs and successfully conduct their activities.

As a result of the course, participants not only gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the marketing world but also worked practically with marketing tools using real-life examples.

The “Humanitarian Aid and Integration of Refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh” program (“Learn and Earn: Artsakh”) is implemented by AGBU Armenia, funded by HEKS/EPER organization, in cooperation with the “Shen” NGO and the “Syunik-Development” Community NGO. The RA SRC Training Center also became part of this responsible initiative.
