Job Fair at the French University in Armenia

As part of the public awareness strategy on tax reform implementation, on October 9, 2023, the RA SRC Training Center participated in the annual job fair held at the French University in Armenia (UFAR).

Both public and private sector organizations attended the fair, including the Enforcement Service of the RA Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Judicial Council, as well as consulting, technology, and manufacturing companies.

The pre-existing interest in the State Revenue Committee’s programs ensured effective communication and targeted awareness. Participants were particularly interested in the reforms in the tax system planned to launch next year.

Arusyik Mirzakhanyan, Director of the Training Center, Nairuhi Avetisyan, Deputy Head of the SRC Comprehensive Tax Audits Department, and Training Program Coordinators Arus Hakobyan and Lilit Poghosyan introduced students and graduates to the Center’s activities, explained employment opportunities, and outlined the conditions for internships at the State Revenue Committee.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, also attended the job fair. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between students and the public sector, highlighting the development of continuity and the initiation of new programs.
