Training at the SRC Training Center on Response to Emergency Situations
On November 6 of this year, a training was held at the Training Center of the State Revenue Committee for employees of all customs system units on the topics “Transition of the State Body from Peacetime to Wartime” and “Study of Fire Safety Regulations.”
The challenges existing in the modern world, and especially in our region, and the potential emergency situations arising from them, require appropriate preparedness and operational response skills. In this context, such training is considered relevant and necessary, aimed to increase professional knowledge and practical abilities.
The training was conducted by Mher Kamalyan, Deputy Head of the Mobilization Preparation, Civil Defense and Special Training Organization Division of the Internal Security Department, and Naira Poghosyan, Chief Customs Inspector of the same division. The specialists presented in detail the legal and operational foundations of the topics discussed, including the actions undertaken by the SRC in emergency situations.
In addition to the theoretical component, participants received practical guidance on fire safety aimed at preventing panic, ensuring quick orientation in emergency situations, taking appropriate actions, and minimizing potential damage. At the end of the training, the film “Fire Extinguishers” was screened, followed by a Q&A session during which participants received answers to their questions regarding the implementation of their duties under changing circumstances.
The training received the highest evaluation,: participants expressed their satisfaction in a written format and emphasized the necessity for the continuity of such events.
