AUA Students Successfully Implemented a Project at the Training Center

Within the framework of the cooperation between the RA SRC “Training Center” and the American University of Armenia, AUA students carried out a project at the RA SRC “Training Center”.

Students of the "Tourism and Hospitality" educational program of the AUA CBE (CBE - College of Business and Economics), within the framework of the "Marketing" course, conducted the research component of the project with the support of the "Research and Innovation Division" of the Training Center. The students studied the Center's courses, awareness campaigns, specifically referring to the training programs for customs and tax officers.

Based on their research, the students developed an advertising campaign aimed at increasing the Center’s visibility among young people and presenting it as an important platform for the career development of young Armenian graduates. The campaign seeks to encourage the audience to view the Center as a reputable, state-supported career platform, rather than just an educational institution. It should inspire and create a sense of pride in participating in a program that contributes to the country’s development, as well as stimulate registration, participation in informational meetings, and applications to the programs.

In the long term, the communication strategy aims to build loyalty and advocacy by turning graduates into ambassadors who will promote the Training Center as a trusted and respected educational environment.

Suzanna Ghazaryan, Head of the Cooperation and Development Department of the Training Center, emphasizes the importance of such collaborations, highlighting that they create new opportunities for both students and state institutions by promoting knowledge transfer, the development of innovative approaches, and the effective use of young professionals’ potential.
